ARCO National Construction—Ohio Valley has recently completed the renovation and expansion of its office in the Montgomery neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. The newly updated space provides a modern and functional workspace for its employees and focuses on growth for the ARCO Office.
The renovation project included updating the 8,500 SF 3rd-floor office space and expanding the office to include a 6,850 SF office, a 1,200 SF break room, and a 450 SF lobby. The space features four entries and includes two conference rooms and 17 private offices. The space has been designed to accommodate up to 28 employees, focusing on providing a comfortable and inviting working environment.
The break and conference rooms feature quartz countertops and hardwood cabinets, providing a sleek and modern look. In addition, the break room features an exposed ceiling, wine and beer fridges, commercial fridges/freezers, a nugget ice maker, two commercial coffee makers, two convection ovens, Golden Tee, and a pool/ping pong table.
The newly renovated office space provides ARCO Ohio Valley’s employees with a functional, modern, inviting workspace. The company is enthusiastic about expanding for future growth.
